Training Rates

  • One-on-one training: Base rate $130 per session*

  • Small-group private sessions: Base rate + $60 per additional participant, up to four participants total

*Base rate may vary depending on the trainer requested.

Discounts and Referral Benefits

  • New-client commitment discount: First-time clients who prepay or book 12 or more sessions receive a one-time 20% discount.

  • Multi-week savings: Receive 10% off for each additional weekly training day, up to 30% total (applies for up to four sessions per week).

  • Referral bonus: You and each person you refer each receive one complimentary session.
